Chumphon
Chumphon coastal area is our latest discovery. Off the beaten track this is a beautiful unspoiled area on the east coast of Thailand about 450km south of Bangkok. During both the North east monsoon (from November to mid January) and South west monsoon (June, July and August) this spot has some of the best wind conditions in South East Asia.
For nature lovers, people who want to get away from it all and for those who want to experience real Thai culture, this is the place.
Chumphon is now mentioned in the latest edition of the famous travel book "The Lonely Planet" as being a windsurfing and kitesurfing destination. Our school is in Chumphon: May, June, July, August, November, December and January.

Laem Son National Park
In our quest to find the best kitesurfing spots we have again discovered a very special spot. Due to it’s geographical features Laem Son National Park has been compared to the world famous kitesurfing and windsurfing spot "the gorge" in the U.S.A.
Leading down to Laem Son National Park’s inland sea there is a long valley, (50 kilometres in length) between tall mountains, down which the wind shoots, this way a light 8 knot wind becomes a solid 18 knots. In addition to the great wind this is one of the most beautiful spots to kitesurf at in Thailand. With our boat we can show you some fantastic kitesurfing spots around this area.

Cha-am
Just 20 kilometres to the north of the well known kitesurfing spot Hua Hin is a great alternative in the form of the friendly and rustic town of Cha Am.
Whereas Hua Hin has more facilities such as shopping, restaurants and expensive resorts, Cha Am is appreciated for it’s quiet laid back atmosphere and it's 5 kilometer long beach which is excellent for kitesurfing.
From the middle of February to the end of April this area is blessed with daily thermal winds of between 12 and 20 knots, an ideal wind-strength for learning.
