Want to kitesurf in Hua Hin without the crowds?

If you’re interested in kitesurfing but are looking for something a little more private and less crowded than the popular beaches of Hua Hin, Pranburi is just 30 km away and offers huge open beaches without the crowds that are perfect for learners and experienced kiteboarders alike! The white sandy beaches are picturesque and our facility is located near uncrowded beaches where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take in the stunning scenery while you learn to kiteboard.

Although Pranburi is off the beaten track, it’s a place that is well worth taking the time to visit. Escape the crowds and enjoy wide open beaches near to the stunning Sam Roi Yot National Park. It’s certainly developing fast, with a new cable park just installed you can still get that board riding practice in. Other non-kiteboarding activities include SUP, sailing, hiking, kayaking, paramotor, golf, trekking, and go-karting. It is truly the perfect alternative if you want to kitesurf in Hua Hin but are looking to escape the beaches full of tourists.

If you plan to enjoy the experience of Pranburi kitesurfing, there are plenty of options for accommodation in the an Nam Pran/Pranburi area. You will find a few hidden high-end resorts like the Evason, but as an alternative there are also plenty of very reasonable guest houses from which you can enjoy the same mountain backdrops, wide open white sandy beaches and beautiful clear water. You will usually be able to simply turn up and find a place to stay, although around Christmas and New Year or Songkran Festival (for 1 week around April 13^th) periods, many places are fully booked so we recommend you reserve in advance. There’s no better place than Pranburi for hassle-free learning and chilled kiteboarding sessions.

Our courses will take place at Pak Nam Pran beach. This area is perfectly suited to learning to kitesurf due to the topography of the local area, and the consistency and direction of the wind observed along the coastline. This combination of factors allows beginners start easy, shallow learning curve into understanding factors such as where to place the kite in the wind window, but also offers a great opportunity for experienced kiteboarders in honing their skills.
