IKO ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR
TRAINING COURSE PlUS
DURATION: 5 DAYS
5-days professional course designed to prepare the candidates for the Instructor Course. This instructor surf camp Thailand is available at any Kite Thailand kite school, from Phuket to Hua Hin, Koh Samui and more!
PREREQUISITES:
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Kiteboarder Level 3N or equivalent riding level.
IKO INSTRUCTOR TRAINING
COURSE LEVEL 1
DURATION: 5 DAYS
The ITC Course is the worlds most popular kiteboarding instructor training course. The IKO certification is recognized around the world.
The Instructor Manual is available on the first day of the course. There will be a practical riding skills test. IKO Assistant level course or proof of one-year prior teaching experience is a pre-requisite. It is recommended that candidates log some hours assisting at an IKO school. PREREQUISITES:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have an IKO Assistant Instructor certification
- Valid first aid certificate.
- Must be able to read and write English.

Instructor Equivalency Course (IEC) is a special course designed to train previously certified instructors and re-certify them as IKO Instructors. It allows certified instructors from BKSA (Great Britain), FAV (Spain), FFVL/BPJEPS (France), FEV (Spain), VDWS (Germany), and PASA (USA), to become IKO Instructors and also allows expired IKO Instructors to become re-certified.
